This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Yacht List Pro platform.
Yacht List Pro is a directory service designed to connect yacht crew, captains, and owners with businesses catering to the yachting industry. Business owners may submit their services for listing, including descriptions, website links, and social media profiles.
While Yacht List Pro strives to maintain an accurate and high-quality directory, we do not endorse or guarantee the services of any listed businesses. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when engaging with businesses found on the platform.
Due to the nature of digital services, Yacht List Pro does not offer refunds for business listings once they are published on the platform.
We do not warrant that Yacht List Pro will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties, including but not limited to those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Yacht List Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for any services within the past 12 months.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. Yacht List Pro is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Users engage with third-party services at their own risk.
Yacht List Pro may revise listing fees or introduce new pricing models as the platform grows. Users will be notified of any price changes in advance.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yacht List Pro operates. No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and Yacht List Pro by using the platform.
By continuing to use Yacht List Pro, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
